How it all comes together..

You've decided this is the route for you.
  • Firstly decide on an event / goal/ time that you want to achieve.
  • Contact us via email and we will discuss how we can we can help you and if you're happy, it's a commitment for a minimum of 8 weeks. Improvement can be seen much earlier than this time but for any effective plan, time is necessary.
  • We will then guide you through setting up your training peaks account and create a link to your monitored training plan.
  • Brief questions can be asked through Training Peaks and more detailed questions can be addressed via email 
  • The plan will be developed to suit the days that are available to you for training.
